You'll be wanting to know how these systems work, if they're working correctly, have any defects, damage, unfinished or missing parts. - All upgrades are accounted for, working correctly and not damaged, missing or unfinished. - If you question your judgment or think the method might be too overpowering for you alone, hire an exterior home inspector to represent you. - Limit the inspection to oneself, partner, partner or a relation but avoid bringing extended family and kids along. This inspection is your chance to ensure your house has been built according to your directions.
Your total attention is required to correctly inspect and understand all sides of the house. - Dress appropriately. Remember you'll be at a construction site so flat, comfy shoes are commended particularly if you'll be climbing steps, checking attics, basements and the home's exterior, which might not be graded or grassed.
